Year Round Staff

Ann Hartz, CPA, CTRS

President/Founder

Ann started this company in 2004 out of her basement at her house. In 2011, she was able to secure her first office space inside an office suite park. In 1992, she graduated from William Penn University with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and obtained her CPA license in 1995. Ann has worked in multiple different industries within the accounting field over her life time from working at large CPA firms, to working for hospitals in the accounting department, to auditing. Ann found her passion in tax preparation and helping small businesses with understanding their accounting. In her free time she enjoys bike riding, water skiing, and playing bingo.

Management

Georgeann Sideris

Operations Officer

Georgeann started working for Ann in 2015. She started off as a receptionist/bookkeeper. As the business grew, Georgeann’s position then lead to payroll/bookkeeper, then to Office Manager, and now Operations Officer. Georgeann has had 16 years in office administration experience and 12 years in accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll experience. Her experience is in a variety of industries from a rental property companies, to a call center for breathalyzers, to working for banks. In her free time she enjoys binge watching tv shows, reading, and loves to go to the movie theater.

Lisa Conard

Office Manager

Lisa worked for Ann from 2017 to 2019 as a receptionist/administrative assistant. Lisa came back to work for Ann in 2022 as the Office Manager. She has 18 years of payroll experience and 30 years of office administration work. Her experience ranges from working for construction companies, to truck licensing companies, to other accounting firms. In her free time she loves being a grandma, party planning, and haunted housing out of her garage.

Daniella Bresler

Bookkeeping/Payroll Manager
Daniella started working for Ann in December of 2024. She graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics in 2016. Daniella has previously worked in management roles as well as a previous accounting firm. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her two kids.

Tax Preparers

Fred Jessen

Fred started working for Ann in January of 2021. Fred graduated from United States Military Academy with a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1987. He also studied at Iowa State University to obtain a Masters in Accounting. Fred served our military from 1981-2015. In his free time he enjoys doing home renovations, running, and going to the gym.

Fay Fei, EA, CTRS

Fay graduated from Chongqing University in 2004 with a Masters Degree in Accounting and Audit Major. She previously worked as an Assistant Professor at Southwest University of Political Science & Law as well as she was a visiting scholar in Drake University. She obtained her EA certificate in 2023 and she has 7 years experience as a tax preparer. In Fay’s free time she enjoys traveling and cooking.

Eric Schultz, EA

Started working for Ann in September 2025. Eric graduated from Iowa State University in 2017 with a degree in Accounting and obtained his EA certificate in January 2025. Eric has 4 years tax experience (2017 VITA program as preparer, 2018 H/R Block as front desk, 2024-25 at previous firm); the other years (2019-2023) were spent in private accounting. In his free time some hobbies he enjoys are making wine, shooting pool, golf, and going to the gym.

Thomas Engquist, CPA

Thomas started working for Ann in December of 2025. He graduated from Iowa State University in 2015 with a double major in Finance and International Business then returned and graduated in 2021 with a major in Accounting. He obtained his CPA license in 2025. Thomas previously worked for another small CPA firm and a corporation in the accounting department. In his free time he enjoys biking, skiing, golfing, and spending time with his family.

Bookkeeping/Payroll Accountants

Bryan Ronquillo

Staff Accountant

Bryan started working for Ann in February of 2021. He graduated from Drake University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 2020. Bryan previously worked in a variety of industries from food management, to hospitality, to another accounting firm. In his free time he enjoys playing pickleball with his friends.

Becki Gormally

Staff Accountant

Becki started working for Ann in June of 2023. She graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a Bachelor in Accounting in 2021. Becki previously worked in customer services positions as well as another CPA firm. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children as well as crocheting.

Administration

Anthony Ginger

Director of Marketing
Anthony started working for Ann in January of 2025 as a seasonal Administrative Assistant, before being brought on full time as Director of Marketing. Anthony graduated from Graceland University with a degree in History and Political Science in 2019. In his free time he likes to sing with his choir, play string instruments, and switch between a variety of different crafts.

Jamie Ceradsky

Administrative Assistant

Jamie started working for Ann in October 2023. She graduated from Culver-Stockton College with a Bachelor of Science in Finance in 2023. Jamie has had 5 years of experience in customer service in a variety of industries. In her free time she enjoys crocheting, baking, cooking, spending time with family and her dog Ghost.

Ciera Hutchins

Administrative Assistant

Ciera started working for Ann in January 2024. Ciera graduated from DMACC with an associate’s degree in Liberal Arts in 2022. Ciera has 11 years of customer service in a variety of industries from swim instructor to medical administrator. In her free time she enjoys playing the violin, crocheting, and learning new things.
